(1) Project Management

1. Multiple Meetings: I have three meetings with you and your spouse-to-be to ensure we create the perfect soundtrack for your special day. I love brainstorming and want to get a thorough understanding of who you are, what you like, what you want your guests to experience, the vibe, the pacing, etc.

   Available meeting types:

   1. In-person (I love coffee!)
   2. Zoom or phone
      
      
2. Planner: You’ll feel a sense of relief and excitement when I share the plan for your wedding’s party side.

(2) Consummate Professionalism

1. Punctual: Arriving two hours early on your big day is on time for me.
2. Well-Spoken: I’m legendary for being easy to communicate with and quick to grasp what you’re going for.
3. Dress Code Match: I dress to match your code and vibe.

(3) Seamless Technology

1. Easy: I make every complex aspect of technology easy and seamless.
2. Tested: I test my equipment constantly, only ever buy the most reliable gear, and bring backups so your event is safe from any malfunctions.
3. State-of-the-Art Sound System: I bring the BEST audio system for your ceremony in addition to the music!
4. World-class Wireless Mics: I use industry best, super reliable wireless microphones (lapel mics, mics for the ceremony). No dragging a mic through the cake!
5. Speaker Coordination: I get every key cast member mic’d up for magical memories: Pastors, the maid of honor, the best man, Grandma Ida, EVERYONE!
6. Experienced: This isn’t my first rodeo. I know what to watch for technologically so that bad moments like a mic scratch or outage are avoided at all costs.

(4) YOUR Master of Ceremonies

1. De Facto Event Coordinator: If you don’t have an event coordinator, I basically end up doing it . If you have one, I’ll work hand-in-hand with them.

2. Announcer: I make all key announcements, including but not limited to:

   1. Announcing you and your party’s entry.
   2. Formalities
      1. Speeches
      2. Toasts
         
         

3. Name Sensitivity: I learn the names and pronunciations of all of your featured guests so everyone feels respected and celebrated!

4. Nervous Speaker Coaching: I coach anyone who’s nervous through their role so they’re a great contributor to your wedding.

5. Floor General: I make sure the media team is coordinated and improves the quality of the wedding. This includes but is not limited to:

   1. Videographers
   2. Photographers
      
      

   I make sure they don’t miss THE shot!

6. Keep the Party Going: I read the room, ensuring the music keeps everyone, young and old, having a great time! I keep your event fun AND keep the agenda moving along.
